Tracebridge Cottage Bed and Breakfast is found nestling in the Somerset countryside. This charming slate built cottage, formerly slate quarry workers cottages has been modernised yet retains some lovely original features.
Set in the leafy hamlet of Tracebridge on the Somerset Devon borders, Tracebridge Cottage is 5 miles from the M5. Wellington, Taunton, Tiverton and Exeter are within easy reach, making for an ideal venue for short breaks, an excellent stopover for walkers or cyclists (Tracebridge is on the London-Lands End Cycle Route) and a delightful rural pit stop for those exploring the South West by car. Tracebridge Cottage is a tranquil place and a loved home offering comfort and relaxation in a beautiful location. Warm welcome assured for all guests.
Delicious meat-free (vegetarian or pescetarian only) breakfast made with fresh, local produce. Free range eggs from own hens. Home made chutney, marmalade, bread and cakes. Breakfast, coffee or teas served in the garden on warmer days. Guests have their own sitting room with a well stocked hospitality tray.
Tracebridge Cottage has two double guest rooms. Rose room is fully carpeted with a luxurious king size bed and a window seat. Poppy room has stripped pine floor boards, a window seat, multi-fuel stove and a super comfortable double bed. Guests have their own shower room and may also use the shared bathroom with a deep Victorian style tub.
